as i lay and think how it would be to be that boy in this comic book i picked up on my way from planet grotar, i slowly think back and say to myself i might be him,

i used to feell as though some boy was always watching me and talking to me in my head,

i used to jump in joy to the sound of mom's meat tenderizer smashing

tonight's steak,

the sound of my dad smashing my mom intrigued me and made me

GABA MAKING MUSCLES BIGGER??

I've been taking this amino acid gaba for a week now and dnt kno if it is working. I get tingling sensations in my fingers and get short of breath when i take it. i usuallu take it with 8 oz of water approx. 30 min before bed. Now this amino acid is said to boost your HGH levels(Human Growth Hormone) now i have an excerpt from a medical journal explaining what it does

"Gamma-Amino Butyric acid (GABA) is an amino acid which acts as a neurotransmitter in the central nervous system. It inhibits nerve transmission in the brain, calming nervous activity. As a supplement it is sold and promoted for these neurotransmitter effects as a natural tranquilizer. It is also touted as increasing Human Growth Hormone levels and is popular among body builders. Now im looking for people who may know of anything related to this or people that have used this and have seen results.I searched numorous articles and websites and have found that it increases HGH by 2x or 5x depending how much you take.It is said that u max out the effects of the amino acid at 18g and that seems really high.I take dose of 3g every night.well thats all i have to say please any one with help on this is apreciated
